Initiative #make it easy

The #make it easy initiative aims to provide impetus for modern employee management, new ways of balancing work and family life, health promotion and work organisation. Since 2016, wfc and its partners have been collecting good ideas for innovative HR work in companies in Westmünsterland and presenting them to the general public to inspire others. The website www.personalarbeit-einfachmachen.de now features more than 100 ideas, projects or measures – from small to large – that companies have implemented on key topics such as digital change, crises as a driver of innovation or trainee recruitment and retention.
